Each year Centurion recognises employees who encapsulate the company’s RIPPA values, and exemplifies them in everything they do. By acknowledging employees, it encourages others to create a hardworking and supportive team environment.
The awards are divided up per quarter, and winners are then chosen for the prestigious Mark Cardaci (Employee of the Year) and Encouragement Awards.
2019 Centurion of the Quarter Recipients
Quarter one had seen two winners, Graeme Judge and Ruhul Amin. Graeme is a diesel mechanic and was chosen as he embodies all the core values, particularly passion. Graeme is a diligent worker with a positive attitude. He goes that extra mile to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard. Graeme is a fundamental member of the workshop team.
Ruhul is a senior software developer who has an exceptional work ethic, and therefore was awarded for his hard work, positivity and willingness to invest long hours to achieve set tasks. Ruhul has shown commitment and support to the TIS team. Additionally, Rahul has approached his added responsibility of being the Senior Developer on the main V2 Software Application with great enthusiasm.
Quarter two followed again with two winners, Danielle Panos and Paul Jones. Danielle has been with Centurion since 2011 and is currently the Heavy Haulage Administrator. She received the award for continuously embodying the core values, her professionalism, hard work, dedication to her role and her respectful manner.
Paul Jones is an MC Driver for the Port Hedland Branch. Paul has been a Centurion employee since July 2014. Paul received this award for his strong leadership and exceptional customer service which he demonstrates on a daily basis. Paul always displays the RIPPA values and goes above and beyond to achieve his responsibilities and duties.
Quarter three’s winner was Tahnee Klassek. Tahnee is the Permits Administrator in Brisbane. She started with the company in October of 2017 and has since been promoted, thus receiving this award for her exceptional hard work and professionalism. Tahnee consistently exceeds requirements and expectations in any given task.
Quarter four’s winner was Tania Colman. Tania is the Operations Supervisor in Kalgoorlie and has been with Centurion since September 2017. Tania received this award for her exceptional work ethic, positivity and dedication to her job. Her commitment and contribution to the Kalgoorlie team makes for a pleasant work environment.
Employee of the Year Awards
The Marc Cardaci Award (Employee of the Year) for 2019 was awarded to Graeme Judge. The Encouragement Award for 2019 was given to Tahnee Klassek. A massive congratulations to Graeme and Tahnee who continuously display Centurion’s core values in everything they do.
