Ready to drive your career forward?
Kick-start your career with our three-year Graduate Development Program: built for curious minds, hands-on learners, and future leaders who want to make a real impact from day one.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch program. You’ll be right in the action, learning how one of Australia’s leading transport and logistics networks keeps the country moving – from depot floor to boardroom.
What you’ll get stuck into:
- Real exposure across Centurion’s operations, fleet, depots and supply bases
- Work that actually matters — moving freight, delivering essential goods, and supporting industries from retail to resources
- A front-row seat to how people, tech and infrastructure connect to make it all happen

The journey (aka your next three years)
Year One – Get Operational | start where it all happens
- Rotate through depot-based and frontline roles
- Hands-on experience in general freight, warehousing, site operations and safety
- Build credibility, confidence and a deep understanding of how our network delivers — literally
Year Two: Find Your Groove | now it’s time to explore your strengths
- Rotate through corporate and business support teams aligned to your degree and interests
(Think Technology, HR, Finance, Fleet, Commercial & more) - Work on real projects in pricing, contracts, route optimisation, data systems, supply chain and people capability
- Learn how the behind-the-scenes magic keeps the wheels turning
Year Three: Level Up | this is where it gets exciting
- Join your home business unit
- Lead a high-impact, strategic capstone project that supports Centurion’s future
- Get mentoring from senior leaders and sharpen your leadership skills
