Justin Cardaci

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Justin’s role spans all areas of the Centurion business. His focus is to actively seek and grow opportunities whilst continuing to strengthen the organisations’ commercial performance.

Justin started his career at Centurion as the Operations and Linehaul Manager before looking outside the organisation to further his industry experience.

In 2007 Justin was appointed Managing Director for Guardian Marine where his responsibilities included providing port services to the largest tonnage port in Australia in addition to facilitating off-shore express services.

In 2009 Justin was appointed as the CEO of the Go Marine Group, Australia’s largest integrated marine oil and gas logistics provider, as part of a merger with Guardian Marine. This extended Justin’s project logistics knowledge for specialised services and offered exposure to national and South-East Asian markets.

Kelly Heintz

Chief Financial Officer

Kelly joined Centurion as Chief Financial Officer in February 2025 and plays a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting our continued growth. Her focus is on driving commercial performance, enabling strategic decision-making, and delivering long-term value.

She brings over 25 years of experience across finance, commercial, transformation and strategy roles, with a strong track record in high-growth organisations within the consulting, transport and supply chain and insurance sectors.

Before joining Centurion, Kelly held senior leadership roles at Toll Group and Australia Post. In these positions, she led large-scale transformation projects, managed national operations, and delivered measurable financial and operational outcomes.

Kelly’s leadership is underpinned by a people-first approach, with a strong focus on building capability, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability.

Adam Sarris

Chief Information Officer

Adam joined Centurion as Chief Information Officer in August 2021. He is a business and technology professional with more than 17 years’ experience in both commercial and technical roles across a diverse range of organisational settings and industries.

Having worked on numerous digital transformation projects in finance and telecommunications, Adam co-founded a software firm in 2010 that continues to service businesses and government clients throughout Australia with the delivery of technology solutions.

Operating as a conduit between the business and technology teams, Adam has a collaborative approach, proactively engaging with stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage transformative change. His experience working both internally as part of the business and as a vendor to clients gives Adam a unique perspective and ability to implement change and deliver outcomes.

At Centurion, Adam is responsible for the development and management of innovative technologies to support growth and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Craig Blyton

Executive General Manager – Strategic Development

Craig joined the Centurion team in September 2020 as the Executive General Manager – Service Delivery (Mining). In April 2021, Craig was appointed Executive General Manager – Business Development. In June 2024, Craig was appointed Executive General Manager – Strategic Development.

Craig has spent the past 25 years in the Transport sector, primarily providing services and solutions to the Mining sector across multiple geographies.

Craig has held various roles in this period involving operations, business development and client solutions. Most recently Craig has held senior roles that are client facing and has a proven track record in developing partnerships with key client stakeholders.

At Centurion Craig is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our key Mining clients, working closely with our Operational Teams to ensure consistent high quality, safe,  and reliable outcomes for our customers.

Damain Bishop

Executive General Manager – Business Development

Damain Bishop joined the Centurion team in June 2024 as the Executive General Manager of Business Development. He brings over 30 years of global experience in senior executive roles across transportation, logistics, and aviation industries. His expertise spans operations, business development, marketing, sales, and strategic client partnerships.

At Centurion, Damain is dedicated to building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and collaborating with operational teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and reliable outcomes for customers. He is also focused on building new customer relationships and driving expansion through strategic growth into new markets, sectors, and industry groupings.

Damain’s comprehensive background and strategic vision make him a vital asset to Centurion’s leadership team, driving growth and excellence.

Giles Lenz

Executive General Manager – People and Capability

Giles Lenz joined the Centurion business in July 2024 as the Executive General Manager of People and Capability. Giles brings over 30 years of experience in human resources, safety, training, and employee relations. He has a proven track record of leading business transformation work and driving organisational change.

Giles has held significant roles across both mining and pharmaceuticals, most recently as Executive General Manager of Human Resources with Roy Hill and Hancock Prospecting.

As Centurion has grown into an organisation of over 2,500 employees, Giles will support Centurion and its leaders in the next stage of its journey, with a strong focus on developing internal talent and delivering on the People and Capability strategy.

Kym Abbott

Executive General Manager – Governance, Commercial & HSEQ

Kym joined the Centurion team in late 2022 as Executive General Manager – Governance & Commercial. She brings extensive experience from senior legal and commercial roles across major project owners and contractors in Australia and Europe.

With a strong background in providing legal, compliance and commercial guidance across sectors including transport, energy, mining, marine, government, and industrial services, Kym has led teams supporting complex and large-scale operations.

At Centurion, Kym is focused on strengthening governance by building accountability across key business processes, while leading the legal, ESG, commercial contracting, and HSEQ functions.

Mike Elmer

Executive General Manager – Specialised Operations

Mike joined the Centurion team in July 2020 as the Executive General Manager Operations East, bringing over 30 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry. In June 2024, he was appointed Executive General Manager – Specialised Operations.

Mike has worked across Australia, South America, West Africa and Asia, providing innovative logistics solutions in a range of complex environments.

At Centurion, Mike is responsible for providing direction and leadership for all specialised transport operations across the business, with a focus on safety, service delivery and profitability. His role supports the delivery of the organisation’s goals, financial performance, cultural growth and the overall development of Centurion’s Specialised Operations.

Steven Bray

Executive General Manager – Network Operations

Steve joined Centurion in 2018 following Centurion’s acquisition of Triton Transport. Since then, Steve has worked across the business in Western Australia, as both General Manager Business Development and General Manager Service Delivery in recent years. In October 2021, Steve was appointed Executive General Manager – Operations West. In June 2024, Steve was appointed Executive General Manager – Network Operations.

Steve has over 19 years’ experience in transport and logistics, with extensive experience across business development, contracts and regional operations. Steve’s experience across these areas brings proven success providing service and solutions across the retail, mining, oil & gas, and utilities industries, managing complex distribution networks.

Steve’s operational experience spans across general freight and refrigerated freight transport, coupled with expansive cold store and general warehousing expertise.

As the Executive General Manager – Network Operations, Steve is responsible for providing direction and leadership across all transport operations across Australia, focusing on safety, service delivery and profitability. His position facilitates the delivery of the organisations goals, financial performance, cultural enhancement & overall growth of the Centurion’s Operations.
