Centurion’s community engagement philosophy centres on activities that promote health and safety, and foster a strong sense of community spirit. The company is proud to support many community and non-profit groups through in-kind support, funding, sponsorships or employee time.
Centurion employs more than one hundred people throughout its regional WA branch network and is committed to providing sustainable employment opportunities for people who live in these areas.
Our individual branch teams support the local communities and regional areas in which they operate by providing local employment opportunities, participating in local events and supporting local businesses through the supply of consumables. For example, our vibrant Youth and Indigenous Program provides employment opportunities for disadvantaged young people specifically in the Swan region of Western Australia.
In addition to the Youth and Indigenous Program, the CFC Group’s Frank Cardaci Traineeship Program commenced in May 2015. The goal of the traineeship program is to provide disadvantaged or marginalised young people with life-changing employment opportunities. The CFC Group is fully committed to ensuring this traineeship program is effectively planned, resourced and executed for maximum positive outcomes.
