How do I set up an account with Centurion?

An online account gives you 24/7 access to tracking information, purchase orders and invoices providing complete visibility throughout the supply chain.

What are the best times for vendors to drop off freight at Centurion Perth?

General Freight

Monday – Friday: 6 am to 12 noon

Closed Saturdays/Sundays

Freezer/Chiller Freight

What times do your regional freight services leave Perth?

The General Freight Schedule provides a guide as to when services depart Perth.

When do your back-freight services leave your regional depots?

Please note there is no set backloading schedule from the regional branches. Back-freight is managed by the branches on a case by case basis. Contact your local branch and ask for their help.

How do I get a quote and book my freight to be transported?

To arrange for goods to be transported to wherever they need to go contact our Sales Team for a quote or complete our online quote form on the home page of our website. Freight can be quoted to include collection or it can be dropped into our Perth depot.

Where are your regional branches?

We have branches throughout WA and the Northern Territory including Broome, Carnarvon, Darwin, Derby, Perth, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Kununurra, Newman, Port Hedland, and Tom Price.

We also have branches in Brisbane, Emerald, Mackay, Rockhampton and Townsville in Queensland.

Do you operate outside of Western Australia?

How do I find out where my freight is?

If you have the con-note number of your order you can search on our website using the blue ‘Con-note Search’ tab on the right of the page.

How do I get a price on moving some goods?

Is my freight insured?

Centurion does not automatically insure freight. You are required to take out your own insurance.

What do I do if my freight is damaged or lost?

In the unfortunate instance that your freight is damaged or lost please contact your nearest branch or call the Customer Service Team on 08 9278 3000 (press option 1).

What sort of items can I transport with Centurion?

We transport all types of freight including general, freezer/chiller goods, oversize, heavy haulage, bulk, OTR tyres and fuel.

Will you transport a car to Perth or regional Western Australia?

To transport a vehicle from Perth to your chosen location get in touch with our Sales Team by calling them on 08 9278 3000 (press option 2) or emailing sales@centurion.net.au. If you are wanting to transport your car to Perth from one of our regional branches please contact that local branch.

How much does it cost to transport freight?

How will I know my freight has arrived and is ready to collect?

If you have the con-note number of your order you can perform a search on our website using the blue ‘Con-note Search’ tab on the right of the page.

If your freight is being held at one of our depots for collection, the depot will ring you when it has arrived.
